このプライバシーポリシーは、スマートフォンアプリ「なかやすみ」（以下「本アプリ」）と、このウェブサイト（nakayasumi.jp）で扱う情報について説明するものです。

1. 集めない情報
本アプリは、お名前、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報、連絡先、写真、広告ID など、あなたを特定できる情報を集めません。アカウント登録もありません。
2. 送信する情報
本アプリは、毎日の問題を受け取るためにインターネットに接続します。その際、次の情報だけを送信します。
- その日の問題を始めたかどうか、解けたかどうか
- 解けたときの回数（今日のことば探し）、見つけたことばの数（X-ボード）
- アプリの中に保存される、ランダムな ID（お名前・メールアドレス・アカウントとは結びつきません）
通信の際には、IP アドレスや通信日時などの技術的な情報が、下記のサービス提供者のサーバーで処理されることがあります。
3. 端末の中だけに保存する情報
遊んだ記録（答え、回数、時間、連続記録など）と設定（言語、墨モードなど）は、お使いの端末の中だけに保存し、送信しません。アプリを削除すると消えます。
4. 利用目的
送信された情報は、毎日の問題がどれくらいの人に解かれているかを知り、問題の難しさを調整するためだけに使います。広告、個人ごとの分析、他の目的には使いません。
5. 第三者への提供と委託
- 情報を販売したり、第三者に提供したりすることはありません（法令に基づく場合を除きます）。
- データの保存と配信には、Google LLC の Firebase（Cloud Firestore、Firebase Authentication、Firebase Hosting）を利用しています。データベースは東京リージョンにありますが、一部の処理（ランダムな ID の発行など）は日本国外のサーバーで行われることがあります。Google は運営者の委託先としてデータを扱います。
6. 保存期間と削除
- 送信された遊んだ記録は、その日から12か月を過ぎると削除します。
- ランダムな ID は、あなたや端末と結びついていないため、運営者がどの記録があなたのものかを知ることはできません。アプリを削除すると、端末の中の記録と ID が消え、それ以前に送信された記録はあなたと結びつけられなくなります。
- ご質問や削除のご相談は、上記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
7. 安全管理
通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）しています。集めた情報を見られるのは、Google アカウントで本人確認をした運営者の2名だけで、アクセスはセキュリティルールで制限しています。
8. お子さまの利用
本アプリは、お子さまから大人まで、どなたでも遊べるように作っています。お子さまを含め、どなたからも個人を特定できる情報を集めません。広告、チャット、アプリ内でのやりとりはありません。保護者の方からのご質問は、お問い合わせ先までお寄せください。
9. 広告と課金
本アプリに広告はありません。現在のバージョンにアプリ内課金はありません。課金を始める場合は、このポリシーを更新してお知らせします。
10. このウェブサイト
このウェブサイトは Cookie やアクセス解析を使いません。表示言語の選択は、お使いのブラウザの中だけに保存します。ウェブサイトは Firebase Hosting で配信しており、運用と安全のため、アクセスの記録（IP アドレスなど）が Google によって処理されることがあります。
11. 改定
このポリシーを変更するときは、このページで内容と最終更新日をお知らせします。

This privacy policy explains what information is handled by the smartphone app なかやすみ (Nakayasumi, "the app") and by this website (nakayasumi.jp).

1. What we do not collect
The app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, address, location, contacts, photos, advertising ID or anything else that identifies you. There is no account to create.
2. What the app sends
The app connects to the internet to receive each day's puzzles. It sends only:
- whether you started and whether you finished the day's puzzle;
- when you finish: the number of tries (今日のことば探し) or the number of words found (X-ボード);
- a random ID stored in the app. It is not linked to your name, email address or any account.
As with any connection, technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request may be processed on the service provider's servers named below.
3. What stays on your phone
Your play history (answers, tries, time, streaks) and settings (language, ink mode) are stored only on your phone and are not sent. They are removed when you delete the app.
4. Why
The information sent is used only to see how many players finish each day's puzzle, so the puzzles stay at the right level. It is not used for advertising, for analysing individual players, or for any other purpose.
5. Sharing and service providers
- We never sell information or share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.
- Data is stored and delivered with Firebase by Google LLC (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Firebase Hosting). The database is in the Tokyo region; some processing, such as issuing the random ID, may take place on servers outside Japan. Google handles the data as our service provider.
6. How long we keep it, and deletion
- Play records sent by the app are deleted 12 months after the day they belong to.
- The random ID is not linked to you or your phone, so we cannot tell which records are yours. Deleting the app removes the ID and your on-phone history; records sent before can then no longer be connected to you.

7. Keeping data safe
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Only the two people who run the app, signed in with their Google accounts, can see the information collected; access is limited by security rules.
8. Children
The app is made for everyone, children and adults alike. We do not collect information that identifies anyone, children included. There are no ads, no chat and no way to contact other players. Parents and guardians are welcome to write to us with any questions.
9. Ads and purchases
The app has no ads. The current version has no in-app purchases. If purchases are added, this policy will be updated first.
10. This website
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Your language choice is saved only in your browser. The website is served by Firebase Hosting; for operation and security, Google may process access records such as IP addresses.
11. Changes
Any change to this policy will be shown on this page, with the date of the last update.
